Life can feel overwhelming sometimes.  With support, our challenges can also be opportunities to grow and heal.   As a licensed counselor for 20 years, I use my  knowledge and experience to focus on supporting clients to holistically heal your mind, body, and spirit.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy  allows you to get to the root of  self-defeating beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck in unhealthy patterns.  Through hypnotherapy, you can change unhealthy beliefs, access inner strength, and make healthier life choices.

Reiki and Energy Healing

Stress, trauma, or illness can block our body's healthy energy flow, like a dam blocks the flow of a river.   Energy healing can help restore your natural balance and energy flow, allowing you to function at your highest potential, mentally, emotionally, and physically.   

Past Life Therapy

For those that believe they may have challenges or experiences from past lives affecting them today, we can use hypnotherapy to explore and heal experiences from past lives to bring you more fully and completely into the current and support you to follow your journey now.  

Chanting Meditation

Singing, or chanting, is a way to use music to connect with your body, get out of your mind, allow feelings to move through your body, open your throat chakra, balance all of your chakras, raise your vibration, and meditate in community.  Check out our free chanting group.
